Give your feet a little bit of love and attention, taking advantage of expert advice and simple recipes.
If you have dry and cracked feet because of the weather, or you are just tired from a long day, a simple spa treatment at home will help to relax you and your legs!
Everyone loves to soak your feet, and the best treatment for the feet - is to fill the tub or other container with warm water and 1/2 cup of sea salt until it is completely dissolved. In the water you can also add rose petals or lavender. A few drops of peppermint oil -also a nice addition to improving blood circulation.
Such a procedure will help you relax. You can also experiment with facial: Mix cream and strawberries for making masks. Grab a good book or magazine - and an unforgettable day you provided!
Soak your feet for 10 - 20 minutes and wipe dry with a towel. Apply a good moisturizer (preferably with mint) and massage the feet (or even better - someone ask about it) to increase circulation, or apply the mixture of honey, rosemary and mint on your feet!
Mix ¼-½ cup of honey, a branch of fresh rosemary and a few drops of peppermint oil, then apply the mixture to wet feet. Allow the mixture to soak before you put on slippers or clean socks (or even better go to bed, relax your feet and continue reading your favorite book or magazine).
If you have dry, rough feet, exfoliation - the best solution to this problem. Pumice is also good as an excellent natural scrub. Most of all I like the mixture of honey, sugar and grape oil.
Mix about 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons grape oil. Apply for cleaning and softening the feet, focusing on heels and rough areas.
Wrap them with warm wet towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off the mixture, apply a moisturizer and wear cotton socks. On the morning of his feet will thank you!
