How to cope with fluid retention
 Swelling, eye bags, puffiness of the face, abdominal swelling - these symptoms appear, some of us in the morning, someone experiencing it during PMS. And the reason is one - fluid retention. This means that there is an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the circulation system, internal organs and tissues.

We offer six ways to deal with it:

1. Drink plenty of water.
The council at first glance does not seem logical. In fact, the first thing that nutritionists recommend. When the body lacks water, it does everything that its stock up for the future. However, increasing the daily volume of drinking, do not do it at the expense of alcohol, sweet tea or coffee.
