Caution: diet products, from which get fat!
 Author of the book "Lose weight without dieting and exercise» (Lose Weight Without Dieting or Working Out) nutritionist from the United States (Washington) JJ Smith reveals the secrets of health food.

"Low-fat", "Sugar", "Low-calorie" - slimming often bought such a promising label. But it turns out from such products do more harm than good - so says a famous American nutritionist.

"The main problem of products, designed for those who are sitting on a diet - they still contain hazardous components for us. The fact is that the manufacturers do not want to make food tasteless, if it no one will buy. Therefore, trimming the content of some harmful components (fat and sugar), they have to add other, too bad, "- he writes in his book, JJ Smith. What dangers do exist - these are just a small part of the responses of Dr. Smith:

- If there is no fat in the product (labeled "low fat", "no fat"), the lean offset excessive taste sugar, salt, artificial additives.
- Cookies "sugar" may contain ingredients such as glucose, fructose, corn syrup. Ultimately, it is the same sugar that is converted into fat if not burn. Read labels carefully!
- Low-fat yoghurt usually contains large amounts of preservatives, and the absence of fat is compensated artificial flavors, eventually even useful in yoghurt probiotics become empty.
- The term "low-calorie product" is also a trap. The product may contain very little sugar but contain three times more harmful fats and be composed of vitamins and minerals. And artificial additives will only clog your body and turn into fat.

What is the solution? Nutritionists advise   not "buy" on diet products in supermarkets. It is better to replace all foods labeled "sugar-free" or "fat free" on natural fruits and vegetables, as well as yogurt or sour milk product. And instead of sauces, add to the dish lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. And Jay Smith promises, then you will take your weight under control!
