 We continue to give advice about what to eat to keep your skin is healthy and beautiful.

What should you do to keep your skin healthy:

- If possible, avoid smoke, including tobacco.

All the previously mentioned tips should be combined with walks in the fresh air, exercise. In winter, it is possible to go skiing and skating - winter air and good humor will add you strength, so you will shine and the skin will look great.
