 March 9, 2010, Moscow - The company LG Electronics RUS awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Health and Social Development for their contribution to the development of donor movement in Russia. At the awards ceremony, Head of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA of Russia) VV Uiba personally thanked the President and CEO LG Electronics CIS Kim Yong Chan (Kim Young Chan) for active participation of the company in this global social projects aimed at improving the health of the nation.
It is important to note that such a charter was first awarded to a foreign citizen, and indicates a very serious work in promoting organ donation. On the state program of voluntary blood donation
In 2008-2012, the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Medical-Biological Agency implemented a major program of the Blood Service. The program involved 83 subjects of the Russian Federation. On the implementation of the program from the federal budget allocated more than 16 billion rubles.
In 2008, the program was implemented in 20 subjects of the Federation, 6 covered medical facilities under federal jurisdiction and 15 medical institutions subordinate to the Federation. In 2009, the program is implemented in 41 institutions of the Russian Federation and the federal institutions of the Blood Service.
