 We have two news: good and bad. Where to begin? First, that most dermatologists agree: makeup and fitness - two incompatible things. And it's bad news. But there is something to encourage. If at all you can not go to the people without makeup, in principle it is possible, especially if you follow a little advice.

The reason why experts do not advise to mix makeup and exercise simple. When we do exercise, it increases blood flow to the skin. The skin is warmed up, the pores open. A make-up, especially tonal foundations, can penetrate deep into the pores to clog them, causing a catastrophe: infections, irritation, redness and, in general, all the troubles.

But if you feel naked without makeup, the makeup artists provide simple recommendations:

- Use liquid mineral tonal resources. Powder - a powder agent, a piece will clog pores. A liquid means better adhere to the skin and do not move.

- The best solution - only concealer under the eyes, no more tonal resources.

- If mascara - it waterproof.

- Lips - better gloss and not a lipstick with pigments. Lipsticks too penetrate the skin of the lips, will dry them, and lie on the surface of the lip. For the gym - it's the best solution.

- And most importantly: with the makeup you play sports or not, be sure to clean the skin after school, put make-up again and only then you can safely go out.
