Restaurateurs US obliged to count the calories eaten for customers
 So lawmakers decided to deal with the problem of overweight and obesity that has gripped the country. Several states have already passed a law requiring restaurants and cafes in the menu to specify the value of high-calorie foods.

In the US, where according to the latest one in three adults is obese persons, at the state level fighting for the right food and getting reliable information about the products. It is to this end it was proposed to oblige all restaurants and fast-food outlets to inform visitors with complete information on every dish. This information should include the calculation of calories, sugar, salt and cholesterol.

In Russia, such a law is no, although some bars and cafes in the fitness centers and beauty clinics voluntarily report this information to their customers. By the way, in America we initiated the law themselves restaurateurs, namely the National Association of the restaurant business, which includes a snack Dunkin Donuts, a chain of restaurants Darden, «Olive Garden" and other major players. As it may seem strange, but the cafes and restaurants, too, are concerned about improper and unhealthy diet of their compatriots.
