Mahender Sabhnani, a successful businessman from New York, dealing with perfume asserts that provided the flavor «Attitude» in 1995 and sold it in the United States everywhere.
In March, he said that his wife Varsha (Varsha) heard the news that the company Giorgio Armani introduced a men's fragrance with the same name. Nevertheless, the US Patent Office rejected the registration of its trademark because he neglected some documents, and L'Oreal company began using the name in last December.
