British scientists have found a unique algae that grow in the Shetland Islands. If earlier discoveries of natural dyes were reduced to one some kind of plant, which gives only one color. That algae have been discovered recently, are unique in that they have a whole range of natural colors, which they can color the hair: all shades of brown, light colors, red and even black.
So, the British study led to the creation of completely harmless natural dyes thirteen colors that almost do not fade and are not washed away (at least 50 procedures shampooing). Furthermore, the use of seaweed provides an excellent hair protective pattern, and it is known, as has long been used in cosmetics. But to ensure that these products were on the counter, it will take time, as clinical trials of new dyes still in full swing.
