Tea bath before bedtime
 Remove the fatigue of the previous day, to prepare for sleep and enjoy yourself this simple recipe will help.

You will need:
- Green tea (if the sheet, then 2 tablespoons if the bag - the contents of 2 bags)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- Half a cup of milk powder
