 Most of us are confronted with cases where the lower eyeliner is not clear, rinse, lubricated, showered, forming a characteristic dark under-eye circles, which are sometimes called "panda eyes".
"Panda eyes" in some cases, make-up artists are recognized as appropriate and even stylish, yet in most cases, we would like to avoid these moments of sloppy makeup.
In fact, there is nothing surprising in this "panda eyes" because liners and eyeliners are made in a way that is good smear, shade and slide on the skin. But to fix crumbling under the eye liner is very simple.
This requires two things:
- Flat brush shadows can be sharpened. The main condition - the brush must be clean.
- Compact powder. You can use the one that usually use, and it is possible for these cases to keep the CD a little lighter than usual, it will give the effect of highlighting the eyes, to attract more attention to the eyes.
What to do:
- Dip the brush into the powder, so that it was painted on both sides.
- Move the brush vertically to the edge of the bottom liner and carry it from one corner of the eye to the other, you can just grab and eyeliner line.
- Then, the same brush, but without taking the powder, sweeping away excess powder.
