 Breathe and lose weight

Another effective way of dealing with excessive appetite - breathing exercises. With these simple exercises, you can not only keep fit, but also will find excellent health.
  Before doing breathing exercises, wear-free and pleasant to the body clothes, ventilate the room. And now proceed.

Exercise "Lotus"

  Starting position - "posture of Buddha" (legs bend under him, relax).

  This exercise can be done twice a day - in the morning on an empty stomach immediately after waking and at night before bedtime.

Exercise "wave"

  Lie on your back, bend your legs at right angles, put one hand on his stomach, the other - on the chest. On the inhale straighten chest, pull your stomach. On the exhale - on the contrary - inflate the abdomen and chest retract. Will wave.

Breathing should be measured, not too often - that there was no dizziness. Perform 40 cycles of breaths.

  This exercise may be resorted to whenever you feel hunger. If you are not at home - do it standing or sitting. The effect will be the same.

Exercise "frog"

Sit on a chair with your bent legs form a right angle. Knees shoulder width apart. The left hand, squeeze into a fist, right fist grasp. Close your eyes, relax and tune in a pleasant way.

  This exercise can be done three times a day.
