On the first day I was a little worried about diet, but had a positive attitude. In the morning I mastered two glasses of water as recommended. On the way to work, I drank my usual coffee. When got to the office, then immediately release my box with various junk food. It was the easiest part of the day. Gets really hungry, I started around 10 am, so that eating strawberries and drinking more water. I felt good until then, until you started ... with a pizza lunch and a movie! I thought I'd spend my days, constantly absorbing water, nibbling fruit and perpetual desire to take a nap somewhere. I went home awfully hungry, but once taken for food, once it becomes satiated.
According to the book, I had to have a lot of energy, but my life the pace only slowed. I felt very happy and joyful. I was not sad. I had a feeling of absurdity. If there was a positive, but only in that I have received the necessary amount of fruits and vegetables. So my skin has become much cleaner, and I lost 2 to 3 kg.
Over time, I have ceased to feel too hungry during the day, but still live as if in a fog. I no longer remember some simple things, and I know that this is not the best way affected my work. Weight remained unchanged for three weeks - it seemed to me that my body stores fat more readily than it burns. Weekends were not easy, I could not just go shopping, because food takes up all my imagination.
I was happy when the month is over, but I realized a few things. I plan to continue to drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables, but less meat. With a special look forward to once again charged with energy for exercise. And I'm happy that I will no longer spend days with the thought, "Give me food, immediately!"
