Diet is stiff enough so you can sit on it only when the minimum physical effort. The best option - when working at home or on vacation.
Diet is as follows:

Morning - drink unsweetened tea, green is better

Dinner - any cereal (preferably rice or buckwheat) with tomato juice

First day

But because of the constant heavy load at work I come home at different times and not always have time for an evening workout in the fitness center - and was engaged in the house. Sometimes we had to deal with, and at 10 pm. For a week the body become depleted and no longer wanted any diet. I lost 3 kilos, but only began to think about food. And there irritability - even the sun is good. Friends called to the club, and I'm realizing that I drink in any case can not be refused. This began to annoy even more.
In the second week
I decided to just make it easier to poor diet and breakfast add something more wholesome. For example, boiled fish. I know that boiled fish - a minimum of calories, and is often used in various diets. The main thing in my diet - eat its minimum. But, by the way, even 50 grams of fish significantly improve the taste of the salad with yogurt ... I hate yogurt ...
Two weeks diet were long and hard ...

At first, I wanted to also run in the mornings at the stadium next to the house. But the first day showed that it is not necessary to do so. Yes, moreover, an important point: at 6 am sleeping all normal people, except for dog lovers.
Dog owners get up before everyone else and run to the stadium. There, where I was trying to run. No, of course I'm not afraid of dogs, but when there is running mastiff and tries to meet you by sniffing - well, you see, is not very pleasant. And that rock press, you get just 30 minutes earlier. 20 minutes - download the press, 10 minutes - take a shower. And by the way, after a good shower, all the fatigue of early exercise fizzles.
To swing the press, I chose 10 exercises that do depending on your mood. The main thing - do not fall asleep, lazily moving muscles. So first 5 minutes to warm up actively, and only then deal with the press. However, after such a terrible charge hungry -and a half hours, that must pass after a light green tea is very difficult to survive. It is difficult, but possible. Happy one - two weeks noticeable effect in the mirror, and start nalezaet things that has not been able to wear. Because, even if the weight is reduced slightly, then centimeters still melting. And cellulite is reduced quickly enough ... Positive!
The third week was a bit easier than the second.
However, crazy like a marshmallow. It is not clear why the marshmallow ... I found a way out: ate oranges. Oranges - not the sweet product, but, at least, at least approximately. And delicious. The body, after all, does not want to marshmallow, but just sweets. A oranges contain no more than 50 calories per 100 grams, then eat one if small orange, then more than 200 calories per time will not. And therefore, it's not so terrible. A clear conscience, the diet does not harm the body good. Everybody is happy. By the end of the week once again drawn to the sweet, for anything specific caloric. I remembered the advice of a women's magazine: when you want sweet, brush your teeth or eat a lemon. I do not know how a sour lemon can destroy the desire for sweets ... Because adhere to this diet was very difficult. It is possible to sit, when you vacation or holiday. Last week I was not sitting, and was serving. Allow themselves to candy, oranges, bananas sometimes ... Of course, this could not be done .. But the body has not refused to eat normally and indignant. Training I was reduced to three a week, step aerobics, and five times the press. The rate of weight loss decreased significantly and more than one kilogram per month did not go away ... but I was happy ...
The result of the monthly diet - minus 6 kilograms, minus 5 extra centimeters in volume and 7 hips - abdomen. Life is Beautiful!
The most important thing after this diet - not to allow yourself to relax. It is undesirable to eat much at night and generally eat a lot of calories and sweet. And all will be well…
