 Dior announces the release of a new collection of fragrances La Collection Couturier Parfumeur, consisting of 10 odors. The creator of the collection, the perfumer Francois Demachy, will be displayed in a new collection of life and a biography of the founder of the brand, the legendary Christian Dior.
The collection consists of three already known to the public fragrances and seven brand new. Three familiar flavor - a masculine scent Eau Noire, Bois d'Argent and Ambre Nuit. Seven new: Mitzah, Vetiver, Granville, Leather Oud, New Look in 1947, Cologne Royale and Milly-la-Foret. In the new editions only Vetiver and Leather Oud - it smells for men, Cologne Royale - unisex, and the rest - women.
Thus, the collection a total of five male odors unisex one and four women.
• Cologne Royale - founded on inspiration from traditional colognes, includes notes of citrus, neroli and white musk.
• New Look 1947 - develops the theme of white flowers, mostly tuberose. It also notes of ylang-ylang, iris, Damask rose, jasmine, peony, vanilla and benzoin.
• Mitzah named after a muse and a great friend of Christian Dior - Mitzah Bricard. It is elegant, feminine and mysterious oriental fragrance. Based on the notes of coriander, rose, spices, cinnamon, labdanum, vanilla, honey, patchouli, including various essential oils, which give a special sensibility.
• Granville - smell unusual for women, sharp and frosty. It's the smell of the wind and storm Normandy, where Christian Dior spent his childhood. As part of the notes of mandarin, lemon, rosemary, black pepper, sandalwood.
• Leather Oud - elegant mix animalistic notes of leather and wood nuances (patchouli, sandalwood, cedar, vetiver). There are also notes of cardamom, ameris, amber syrup, labdanum, the composition of insulation.
• Vetiver - Haitian vetiver flavor combination in almost pure form and South American coffee beans. The smell intense and courageous.
• Milly-la-Foret - took its name from the scent of a small town, a suburb of Paris, famous for its gardens and flower meadows. Christian Dior spent a lot of time here with his mother. The aroma has turned floral, musky and clean, like a refreshing walk in the woods.
