In celebration of its 100th anniversary, the French beauty giant L'Oreal has introduced a new line of professional hair coloring salons. It is noted that this development - the fruit of many years of research the company and promises to be a technological breakthrough.
The line is called Inoa (an abbreviation of "innovation without ammonia"), are products of a new formula without ammonia. L'Oreal claims that the new dyes allow maximum penetration into the hair structure, hence the color fastness and maximum results. The color turns ever steady, penetrating even into the hair follicles.
