 In 2006 Valentino released his luxury perfume Rock 'n Rose. It is believed that he was inspired by "a new generation of young women Valentino ... Rose rocker outside and inside." As you might expect, Rock 'n Rose meets the desires of the younger audience (and if the definition, "young women who aspire to the luxury lifestyle").
As reported, Valentino Garavani loves roses. His garden Wideville, the estate of Paris, filled with "acres" of roses. Although, I swear, most recently read somewhere that he does not like the smell of roses, but then I do not understand where is the connection, therefore, likely to me it's just a dream. Valentino describes the fragrance as "pink fantasy", in other words, it has a modern interpretation of a rose. Perfume opens with bright fruit, green, but a little sharp notes. In the early stages of one of the most significant is the lily of the valley, and then on the main stage there is a rose, and other notes of bergamot, black currant, "pressed the green", gardenia, orange blossom, sandalwood, heliotrope, vanilla, iris and musk. Flower chords in the central part of the flavor is quite strong and multi-layer, but at the same time, they smell like is unclear, and even light - you do not have to like a rose (or any other color) to love Rock 'n Rose.
The base flavor of the wood, even a little bit dark, with sweet vanilla, a drop of dust and lots of musk. For about an hour, it is very smooth and even soft, but I would not call it light - it would be too easy for Rock 'N Rose. Perfume rather sharp compared with the average fragrances for young audiences (Stella McCartney's Stella, Vera Wang's Truly Pink). However, if your idea of "unrestrained rose" expressed Frederic Malle's Une Rose, you will not be impressed.
 The first follower of Rock 'n Rose - Rock' n Rose Couture - came out last year (Rock 'n Rose Prêt à Porter still to appear). The vial is wrapped in black lace (improved, so that no one thought that the original is too reminiscent of a bottle of nail polish).
I expected that Rock 'n Rose Couture will be a little sharper, richer and sharper, but it turned out to be the opposite of the original. Top notes are bright and sweet, but much less green chords. Flower chords in the middle of rose flavor, as well as notes of musk at the base, but by itself it has remained the same. Perfume less sharp, more feminine and romantic.
