Prompted by the desire to create "intense, discreet lavender aroma, similar to the smell of the south of France in June or July" (in addition, perfume includes notes of licorice, orange blossom and hay), he, he turned to his colleagues from the independent perfume laboratory in Grasse . The end result of my deep lavender and restrained, but without that field, which is characterized by top notes of lavender flowers. Those reviews that I had seen up to that time, were less enthusiastic, but the flavor I liked very much - certainly not as Vetiver Tonka or Osmanthe Yunnan, which are on the top of my favorites Hermessences, but enough to admire them. As Vetiver Tonka, Brin de Réglisse finds the balance between sweet and discreet notes, which is so rare in perfumes.
Brin de Réglisse remains on the skin for a long time, after the top notes dissipate. I think the flavor will be better to wear in spring than in cold weather.
Hermès Brin de Réglisse, like other fragrances from the collection Hermessence, is exclusive. Eau de toilette 100ml capacity is available, or a set of four thumbnails for 15ml. The bottle has a shade of lavender, leather cover - dark grape color.
