Coffee against diabetes
American researchers from the University of California in San Diego, say that people who regularly drink coffee, are twice less likely to develop diabetes 2nd stage.

We studied 910 men and women over the age of 50 years. They all had different stages of diabetes. After eight years, a re-examination of these people, and found that among coffee drinkers by 60% less than men with the second stage of diabetes. The protective effect of coffee became apparent after the analysis of parameters such as physical activity, weight, blood pressure, smoking habit and gender. Unable to calculate exactly how much coffee should be drunk in order to exert a similar effect, but it is known that the investigated people are strong supporters of coffee.
