There is nothing better than a hot summer than to keep themselves cool. Our recipes will help you with this. Many of the components may be prepared and found, probably waiting for you in your kitchen cabinets.
Mint inhalation bath
Pour two cups of leaves and stems fresh peppermint (or any other kind of mint) with four cups of boiling water. Cover, cool and pour infusion into a separate bowl. Add to 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil, 1 drop of peppermint essential oil, 5 drops of tangerine essential oil, 2 drops of essential oil neyroli and petit grain. Add the mint infusion into a warm bath. After lying in it, you will feel fresh and like a born again.
Sea water bath
Mix the following ingredients: 1 cup sea salt, ¾ cup epsomskoy salts (English or Epsom salt), ½ cup of baking soda, 2 drops of pine essential oil, 3 drops of clary sage essential oil, 6 drops of orange essential oil, 1 drop of essential oil of neroli ( orange blossom), 5 drops of essential oil of bergamot (Monarda). Add the mixed ingredients into the bath, but before you enter the water. Preparation of the mixture is enough for 1 - 2 admission. The resulting broth, add 1 drop of essential oil of neroli, 1 drop of essential oil of petit grain (the leaves and stems of orange wood), 5 drops of benzoin. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate. Use this citrus cocktail to calm the skin and give it a healthy glow. This is especially effective for sensitive or mature skin.
Herbal invigorating tonic
Mix 1, 5 cups of distilled water, 1 drop of essential oil clary sage, 2 drops of peppermint essential oil and 2 drops of essential oil of basil. Pour into a bottle and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle the face and body, or apply with cotton balls. This simple herbal tonic has antiseptic and astringent properties to stimulate blood circulation, cool the skin and prevent fatigue.
