Snacking during the holidays
 During holidays and vacations by the body have not sweet. Rather, it is very sweet - such an abundance of delicacies and sweets. What is fraught with sweet snacks? What they do at the holidays?

Sweets, chocolate
During the holiday season (and after) it is difficult to resist, so as not to treat colleagues at work sweets in honor of the New Year. Colleagues, incidentally, is also doing it. As a result, daily nutrition candy, chocolate bars, candy bars become almost commonplace. And here they are - the extra weight. So, give up sweets and offend colleagues? Not at all, just have to be careful when choosing. There are bars in all these ingredients that should be avoided, and there are useful things!

- Triple Effect. Best snack - is one that contains just three elements: fat, protein and fiber. This composition ensures that you will not run for a new snack a few minutes. Triple structure allows for longer to digest snack, as well as to keep a stable blood sugar level much longer. Thus, more useful for this are vegetable fats, vegetable proteins (soy, nuts), plant tissue (whole grains).

- Optimal calories. For calorie snacks should be in the range of 100-200 calories. That is, do not pursue a low calorie, and you will starve, but also do not need a high caloric content, because it will lead to a change in body weight.

- What's inside. When we are talking about bars, sweets, it is important not only calorie, but also the composition of ingredients. Make the choice to those products which are minimally processed components, for example, whole fruits, whole nuts, whole soybeans.

- What is not? Try to avoid the following hazardous ingredients: corn syrup, corn fructose, artificial sweeteners.

Liquid calories
Separately, the holiday season is to say about the soda, juice drinks and energy drinks. They are in abundance around us during the holidays. Try to do without them. Instead, choose as drinks purified tap water, tea or coffee. Rid yourself of liquid calories, you do not get a very large number of empty calories and chemicals.
